Week 1 - With Hitchcock

This week I found my dream job...

When I started my blog I knew that I wanted to share my love for food and amazing experiences with everyone but this week I found a way to do that.

It requires a bit of growth but I've given myself until 8/1 to get it together and apply :)  Wish me luck!

This week I've been working on getting more organized with scheduling and utilizing my calendar for planning fun stuff like Smorgusburg and finding the best ice cream shops around LA.

I'm beginning to learn that's key to becoming a great blogger and accomplishing your goals.

In the spirit of getting my blogging off the ground , I thought it would be a fun idea to get some pictures of myself with my new camera but I'm not going to lie, it was a struggle.

I am not a model!

The moment the camera comes on I get all awkward and weird but luckily I managed to pull it together for a couple of good shots after asking myself WWRD (What would Rihanna Do?).

Afterwards, I had lunch with my sister at Manuela.  This rustic beauty in DTLA with delicious artisan cocktails.

Later in the week I met with a friend for dinner and after, while walking to my car, I passed a tattoo shop so guess what I didn't do...

Continue walking to my car!  I walked away with 2 tattoos, a nose piercing and 0 regrets.

Here's a picture of me graciously getting a tattoo.

And to seal a perfectly good week I saw a midnight screening of Alfred Hitchcock's "Rear Window" at the Vista Theater.

Cheers to a fun productive week , we'll catch up soon.
